Reiki is a mostly hands off healing modality in which Universal Healing energy or Life Force energy moves through the Practitioner into the person receiving. This is subtle energy medicine. Please note that not all people will feel or have awareness of the feel of the subtle energy, however many people will notice a sense of calm, perhaps some sensations a bit like taking in warmth from basking in the sun or an overall sense of deep relaxation.

All living creatures contain this vital life force energy. Reiki is a wonderful way of receiving this life supporting energy. Reiki can help with an overall energy increase, relieving fatigue, anxiety, muscle tension, brain fog, pain, it can help to improve mental clarity and can bring a greater sense of well being and can even help improve sleep. It can also be likened to satiating a deep thirst, the quality of sensation you may get from hydrating but on an energetic level within the body. Reiki is safe and can cause NO HARM!!! It can only do good. It is essentially the highest vibrational energy that is available to all living things, it is universal love. It is a wonderful healing tool that can be added safely to any healing regimen whether it be Western, Eastern or any Alternative Medicinal practices.
